For subscription based plans; a full refund will be issued if International Blessing Web Solutions has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 15 days of the subscription.
If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this International Blessing Web Solutions may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of Subscription fees after deducting charges for providing services to the Customer. For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:
You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and the issue was not resolved while account was active.
The issue is out of scope for the particular plan
15 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by an International Blessing Web Solutions technician.
Technicians at International Blessing Web Solutions Certified to perform their respective job. The use of third party products, logos, trade marks on the International Blessing Web Solutions portal (internationalblessingwebsolutions.com). International Blessing Web Solutions and the companies they work with and have no association / endorsement in any way with the third party companies. Acquisition of Information: We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
Our Employees and Privacy: We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
Security Measures: We make provide access to private and sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural controls, to meet the demands of customer service.
Disclosure to Third Parties: We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority.
1. PRICING AND PAYMENT
You agree to pay the following fees for the Services. Our fees are subject to change by the Company at any time and these fees to be charged are decided upon at the sole discretion of International Blessing Web Solutions.
International Blessing Web Solutions has plans ranging from $149 to $499, which is charged to your credit card as determined by the Company. This is also referred to as the “computer service agreement fee” and covers the following services:
Install, reinstall or update OS
Activate Firewall protection
Technical Support Services
Identify spyware, virus and other threats
Enhance computer speed
Router set-up and installation
Wireless network set-up
Paper jam issues
Configure wireless printer
Support for Microsoft email
Troubleshooting Microsoft outlook
Lifetime Anti Virus
International Blessing Web Solutions The Company will charge you in one of two ways for PCS Help services, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. In the alternative, the Company may first diagnose the problem and categorize the problem into one of three categories:
(ii) “moderate,” and
The resolution of which you will be charged a flat fee according to the level of difficulty.
2. REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued if the Company has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you. If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the services will not be refundable. Notwithstanding International Blessing Web Solutions, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer. During high traffic periods and/or depending on the service/product refunds may take up to 15 days. Refunds are all issued if the following requirements are met. International Blessing Web Solutions must be notified of an unresolved issue within the seven day warranty period by firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer must give International Blessing Web Solutions an opportunity to connect and fix the issue during the seven day warranty period. If a customer closes out a remote session then International Blessing Web Solutions will not be responsible for a refund.
3. TERM AND TERMINATION
Effective Date and Term.
The term of this Agreement shall commence upon your acceptance of this Agreement as set forth in the second paragraph above and shall continue until the earlier of
(a) the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.2 or Section 3.3 or
(b) the contract length of such acceptance.
The term of this Agreement shall automatically renew for additional 1-month terms, subject to earlier termination pursuant to Section 3.2 or Section 3.3, until such time as the Company or you provide written notice of termination to the other party at least 30 days prior to the applicable renewal date. Each Service Contract may range in length from one to five year agreements as offered by the company.
Termination by You
In the event that the Company breaches any provision of this Agreement, you agree to provide the Company with a right to cure the breach. The Company shall have the right to cure any breach within 30 days of its receipt of written notice of such breach from you. With respect to any claim that any of the Services were deficient, you must notify the Company within 5 days of the Company’s performance of such Services. If you fail to give the Company written notice of such deficiency within such 5-day period, the Company will not be required to remedy such deficiency. You agree to give the Company reasonable access to your computer systems, networks and any peripherals, as well as access to your home or office premises if necessary to enable the Company to remedy any breaches of this Agreement. If the Company is unable to reasonably remedy any breach of this Agreement and such breach substantially impairs your use of the computer(s) covered under this Agreement, you may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the Company.
Terminations and/or Suspension by International Blessing Web Solutions
If, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion:
(a) you breach any provision of this Agreement or any license for Third Party Software (as defined below);
(b) you use of any of the Services is prohibited by law or is disruptive to, adversely impacts or causes a malfunction to any of the Services, the Company’s network, or the use of the Services by third parties;
(c) the Company receives an order from a court to terminate the Services provided to you;
(d) the Company for any reason ceases to offer any of the Services previously made available to you under this Agreement; or
(e) you are abusing any of the Services, then, in any such case, the Company at its sole election may terminate this Agreement or suspend one or more of the Services immediately without notice.
The Company, in its sole discretion, may refuse to accept your request for service, renewal or re-subscription following a termination or suspension of your use of any of the Services. For International Blessing Web Solutions services, if you terminate this Agreement you agree to pay to the Company a $150.00 cancellation fee per computer or 50% of the remaining agreement of each computer. This fee will be charged to your payment type on record with the company. Cancellation of any of International Blessing Web Solutions services must be submitted by email to email@example.com. Cancellation notices must be received via email seven days prior to the monthly charge. After receiving the cancellation notice notice International Blessing Web Solutions will set up a time to remove all membership tools. Cancellation of our services will only be in effect when our membership services are removed.
